“Last year our UK operation grew by a recession-beating 11%, with client retention at 98% and claims loss ratios below 30%. We also launched an office in New York - with many arts and technology clients starting transatlantic operations, it made sense to provide what they need in both territories. And listening to clients has led us to an enormous commercial opportunity! We’re now one of the few brokers providing specialist insurance on both sides of the Atlantic”.
