Making a Claim

Please report your claim by email or by telephone. We will help put your claim together and work with the insurers to achieve a quick and comprehensive settlement. You may need to supply hard copies of documents associated with the claim later in the process.

Please include a brief description of the incident/damage with details of your name, policy holder name (if different), policy number, insurer, your daytime telephone number and email address, date of incident and, if applicable, details of when and where the incident was reported, together with a crime number. Claims will be dealt with Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm UK time.
