Gareth studied business management at university, and now has over 7 years’ broking experience. He was one of eight finalists in the national Young Broker of the Year Awards in 2013. DC-born Kelsey is a qualified lawyer and advises La Playa on a wide range of issues, including regulatory and legal compliance. Previously associate general counsel at an entertainment insurance company in Washington, D.C.. Kelsey also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctorate degree with honours. Natalie joined us from Towergate Entertainment with nearly 20 years' experience in insurance in the Media & Events industry. Her experience includes both underwriting and broking, giving her an excellent perspective on securing the best for her clients. After working on several key projects for La Playa we convinced Sonia to join us permanently in October 2008. Sonia comes from a commercial background with expertise in financial services. Sonia is also a skilled seamstress, and an expert in Italian cuisine – growing her own herbs and tomatoes, and cooking to her mother-in-law's traditional recipes.
Tracey is director of La Playa’s creative sectors, heading up our Arts & Entertainment and Media & Digital divisions. With a background in the City and three decades of insurance experience, advising clients, and managing complex insurance portfolios, Tracey is also a Chartered Insurance Broker.
